Salije joined Granite Bio in December 2025 as Finance Director. Salije is a seasoned finance leader with extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, where she has overseen complex global operations and guided organizations through periods of transformation and growth. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance positions across international manufacturing and life-science companies, where she developed deep expertise in financial strategy, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Most recently, she served as CFO at a technology start-up, driving financial planning, investor relations, and operational scalability in a dynamic innovation environment.

Holding an MBA, she combines strategic vision with hands-on financial discipline, bringing a pragmatic, analytical approach to building sustainable business models and long-term value.
